This one’s for you Steve! I don’t understand the fascination with this movie. I thought it was boring. But for those of you who like it, here’s another version you could potentially buy.

I’m a little confused.. I own the 3-disc version of Brazil from ‘99 (the one in the translucent blue box) and thought it was anamorphic. It is certainly widescreen. I will have to go home and see what mode I need to put my TV in.
So the new version is exactly the same as the old with the subtle change from letterbox to anamorphic widescreen. Hm, I think I’ll save my pennies.

Since this is basically a retransfer of the same material found on my laserdisc collector’s edition, I think I’ll save my pennies too.
